This blog is an attempt: To distill my journey; to pull out the golden nuggets from everyday life; to draw something meaningful from mundane occurrences, from exotic adventures, and from solitary moments in the bathroom when all is quiet, and in that moment it’s just me and my Creator immersed in silent communication—me on my throne and Him on His.
So, if you dare, join me on this joyful journey of self-discovery and intentional, joy-infused worship.

Questions to Ponder: What would you do if you had no fear?
If I had no fear, I would be completely liberated to Love after the fashion given by Jesus. It is always fear that hinders the expression of Love. I would be free to feel the connection to others that exists between us all. Instead of caution, I would exude spiritual confidence. There are, after you distill them down, only two emotions. Love and fear and they sit at opposite ends of the spectrum.Fear holds me back and Love sets me free. If a were without fear, I would be spiritually perfected and could realize my full earthly potential. I am working on it, but I will for now have to keep digging at the roots of my fears and surrender them to God as I am able.
“Put your trust in Me and I’ll shower you with rich blessings; I’ll wash your fears away, flooding your heart with hope and confidence. I’ll make you strong like a tree that’s been lovingly planted by an ever-flowing stream. Your roots will flourish in My soil, quenching your thirst with My life-giving water. You’ll have no reason to fear summer’s sweltering heat and scorching winds. Your leaves will always be green and overflowing with abundant life. Even when it doesn’t rain for a long time, you’ll have no worries—not a care in the world. No matter what trials come your way, My perfect peace will fill your branches with the strength and confidence you’ll need to continue producing My fruit.” ~Jeremiah 17:7-8 (Randy Reed Paraphrased Version)
I would follow God without hesitation.

Unfortunately fear is a very powerful emotion, but I've recently discovered that love has the power to conquer fear—more to come on this idea soon…
